We packed up the AWAY Midsize and the Carry-on and hit the road to test them out. We immediately found out why the AWAY brand is so popular among travelers. We were blown away by how easy it made traveling. There is so much to say about these highly demanded luggage pieces, I’m not sure where to start. Let’s see; let us start with the resistant polycarbonate shell that can definitely survive the rough secret world of baggage claim. The outer shell is also very easy to clean, use a wet towel or a wipe and those ugly marks come right out.
How about the built-in lock and battery that can charge all cell phones, tablets, e-readers, pretty much anything that’s powered by a USB cord. It can charge an iPhone more than four times and an iPad more than once. We tested this out, it really does!
Let’s move on to security, two zipper slots and a combination lock that is super easy to set so it discourages potential thieves from trying to get into your luggage.
Our favorite part about these luggage pieces is the 360° rotating wheels that make it super easy to move very quickly if you’re running late or if you just want to get through a hectic airport easily.
