When you find a hotel chain that you love, you stick with them. That’s how we feel about Sonesta Hotels. We had the pleasure of traveling to Philadelphia to review the very chic Sonesta Hotel Philadelphia. Very artsy and super fabulous, this hotel located at 1800 Market St is the perfect backdrop for photos.
Philadelphia is the largest city in Pennsylvania, and it is notable for its rich history, art, and attractions so if you stay at this Sonesta, you are getting the best of both worlds, a very comfy hotel, and a super dope art gallery. The in-house art gallery, located in the lobby has paintings by local artists to compliment Philadelphia’s rich cultural history. Each painting is available for purchase, and the gallery rotates art in and out every six months.
Once we arrived, we were greeted by a super friendly front desk staff that got us checked in right away. Our room was terrific with an even better view. I wanted to wake up to that view every day, just lay in bed all day and watch the sunset and sunrise.
With so many things to do at this hotel and the city around it, you could stay at Sonesta Philadelphia for any occasion. Maybe a romantic weekend with your boo and have a cute dinner downstairs at the Artbar or plan a fun girlfriends weekend and have a few drinks down at the fancy bar once you get settled.
Or, maybe you’re just in town on business, and you need to get some work done and keep your normal routine. Don’t worry; they have everything you’ll need.

Check-in is available as late as 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 noon, so you get to sleep in a little if you had a long night the day before. We promise you will have the best time ever in Philadelphia because the city is fantastic but when its time to lay your head down after your long day of exploring make sure it’s at Sonesta Philadelphia Downtown Rittenhouse Square.
